Search and evaluation dashboard for a next-gen real estate platform
A single tool to help specialists evaluate real estate projects, with a focus on the construction of modular units geared toward short term rentals.
Interviews gathered about 50 people (calls, chats and physical interviews) who were potential (external) target users to know their views and experience of using existing similar applications and to know their pain-points and improvement suggestions, and definite (internal) users who had a clear vision what benefits they want to get out of the product.
The visual design process started with the creation of simple wireframes. Followed by high fidelity designs and hi-fi prototyping.
